Gutters don’t get much attention until they fail. When they overflow, sag or pull away from the house, water pours down your siding, rots fascia boards, erodes landscaping and pools against your foundation. That can lead to wet basements and costly repairs. Freedom Builders Roofing & Exteriors installs and replaces gutters and downspouts for homes and businesses across the Miami Valley.

Hail-Damaged Gutters & Insurance

Dented gutters and downspouts are one of the clearest signs of hail, and adjusters look at them when inspecting a roof claim. If your gutters were damaged in a storm, they may be included in your claim along with your roof and siding. Learn how our storm damage process works.

Gutter FAQ

Should I replace gutters when I replace my roof?

It’s often a good time to. Gutters are partly removed and reset during a roof replacement, and older gutters may not hold up to reinstallation. Doing both at once also keeps colors and finishes matched.

Can you repair a section instead of replacing everything?

When the rest of the system is in good shape, yes. We’ll tell you whether a repair or full replacement makes more sense.

Do you install gutters on commercial buildings?

Yes. We install and replace gutters and downspouts on both residential and commercial properties.

We install gutters throughout the Miami Valley, including Dayton, Huber Heights, Troy, Tipp City, Vandalia and New Carlisle.
