Our Story
Freedom Builders started in 2019, but our experience goes back further. Before starting Freedom, members of our team worked across the roofing and exterior industry as insurance adjusters, crew members and inspection techs. We saw how the process looked from every side, including where homeowners got confused, oversold or left behind. We started Freedom to do it differently: honest inspections, expert craftsmanship, and a team that stands by its word.
Today we replace and repair roofs, install siding and gutters, and help homeowners through storm damage insurance claims across Dayton, Springfield, Huber Heights, Troy, Tipp City, Beavercreek, Fairborn, Vandalia, New Carlisle and the surrounding communities.
What We Stand For
- Honesty first. If your roof doesn’t need replacing, we’ll tell you. No pressure, no scare tactics.
- Do it right. Tear-off to the decking, proper ventilation and flashing, installed to manufacturer specifications.
- Communication. A project manager who keeps you updated from the first inspection to the final walkthrough.
- Clean job sites. We respect your home and leave your yard clean.
